Dr. Bryan Kolb - Early Academics

Bryan's dislike of English was exacerbated in his first year at the University of Calgary. "[My English professor] chose me as his pet project for ridicule on how not to write a paper" and "He took a person interested in reading and completely changed me into one who hated it. The irony is that I wrote many more books and papers than he even imagined writing! I would truly like to encounter him again."

His experience with psychology was more encouraging, however. "June Adam and Eurgen Edginton, both in psychology, were really excellent instructors [...] They both had an impact upon how I later taught. "
