Getting Started...

The following online instructions are also available for download in a Microsoft Word format. If it is easier for you to print the file and follow the printed directions, please feel free to do so. However, the online version of the directions will also have all of the necessary links and downloads required to create your ePortfolio, so you may want to follow along in your browser as well.

Since these instructions have been designed for Microsoft Windows users, you may want to use a PC instead of a Macintosh computer to complete your ePortfolio. While you should be able to construct an ePortfolio and view all of our resources successfully on a Macintosh computer, it is NOT recommended because we do not yet have a corresponding set of instructions for Mac users.

For Instructors and Graduate Students:

The following instructions were designed for individuals using the STUDENT PACKAGE for ePortfolio. An academic package specifically for instructors or graduate students is currently available only by request however it will be made public within the next few months.

Please contact the Instructional Technology Intern in the ITRL for any assistance with creating your ePortfolio or modifying your style sheet. Contact Garry Wong (garryw@ualberta.ca) or stop by BS P 216 to make an appointment.
