TalkTimer: A Tool For Timing Talks

TalkTimer is a simple tool for organizers of academic conferences (or anybody who needs to tell a speaker that their time is up!). It has an intuitive interface which allows you to set the amount of time to elapse before issuing the speaker a visual and auditory warning, and it will show "negative time" in a red font when the speaker has gone overtime.

How to use it: Install it on a computer, and put that computer in front of the speaker giving the talk. When they begin to talk, press the "Start" button. Watch how they stay within their allotted time!

This is version 1.1, released on Nov 8th, 2006.
[This update from v1.0 fixes a minor problem with the control pane.]
